Wait - I have to check on Google Earth. Give me a moment...

... Somalia is on the coast! But not the Meditteranean Coast. On the
Indian Ocean. Just below the opening to the Red Sea. Below Egypt.

Moving right along.... The Phoenicians could have sailed there. If the
Jordan River had been navigable, or they had dug the Suez Canal. Otherwise
it was a VERY long trek by camel through all of Arabia. LOL!

Sudan and Ethiopia separate Somalia from Egypt. What is the incidence of
Jefferson's haplotype there?

.... Hold it, I have the articles, and since we discussed this I have
learned how to use YHRD....

For all 10 markers, YHRD finds no matches at all. How did you establish
what was a "close" match?

How much is your book? It could be worth it.
