MakeRe Hatshepsut was a fascinating person. The genealogy provided below is from these sources.

(K) Amenhotep I (1546-1518) –m- (Q) MeritAmon, (Q) Ahotep, & (Q) Ahmes,
But he died childless. Towards the end of his reign Amenhotep I arranged the marriage of his youngest sister-wife, Ahmes, to the son of a powerful Nubian, military family.

Thutmose I (1518-1510) –m- (Q) Ahmes > (Q/K) MakeRe Hatshepsut

In An X-ray Atlas of the Royal Mummies it is speculated that MeritRe Hatshepsut might have been the daughter of (Q/K) MakeRe Hatshepsut. We take this speculation a step further and draw attention to Thutmose III’s representation in the position of third wife. But, MeritRe Hatshepsut never appears with the titles of King’s Sister or Daughter. Therefore, we lack sound evidence that she was the daughter of Thutmose III. At any rate, it was a very close and affectionate family.
