It is interesting that one of the peak areas of concentration is in Romania. Professor Mihair Vinereanu of the University of Bucharest, Romania, is the author of an etymological dictionary of Romanian. His work indicates that as much as 60% of the Romanian lexicon may originate with the Illyrian language which was related to Celtic.
