My thanks to Elise Friedman, 'grandcross' and Steve Bird for all
taking a look at 5VT88 for me! All three of you are in agreement
that he is not likely a V13+. After I wrote my inquiry, I found that
5VT88 is a 33/37 match with HKDB5 - surname PHELPS. We are making
inquiries to see if there was any geographical proximity somewhere,
although I don't think so. I am going to try to persuade 5VT88
ALEXANDER to upgrade to 67 markers because HKDB5- PHELPS has done
so. I also hope to persuade him to do E3b SNP testing at FTDNA.

For what it is worth, 5VT88 - ALEXANDER is a GD of 31 from JQBNV-
ALEXANDER, a SNP tested E3b1a2. They are the only two E3b's on the
ALEXANDER surname project. I don't think I believed that a 2nd E3b
ALEXANDER would necessarily be closely related, but I'm sad that they
didn't. It's kinda lonely out there for the E3b's as far as 'recent'
ancestry discoveries.

Many thanks, Elise, Gene and Steve!!
