Just a couple of quick comments. First of all, did FTDNA go all the way to
H4a1a? I've seen several cases recently where FTDNA seemed ultra-conservative in
subclade labels, e.g calling someone H1 when even by their own H subclade
test she would be H1a1.

Next, Roostalu has a different version of the H4 tree, which I'll send to you
off-list.

Finally, I didn't actually look at the MitoMap tree, so this may not be
relevant, but it doesn't use HVR mutations at all. There are a few cases where a
certain subclade level is defined by HVR mutations, however, and sequences that
are more derived may be spread over different places at MitoMap.
