"H2a – Haplogroup H2a is found most frequently in
Eastern Europe, and at a low frequency in Western
Europe. Unlike its parent branch H2, H2a’s geographical
distribution extends to Central Asia."
Since the above was a description at Family Tree DNA
then it refers to the old H2a which is defined as the 951
variety. It would have nothing at all to do with H2a2
as defined by Roostalu.
