You need to keep track of whether a chart is showing an actual mutation from
the ancestral value, versus a difference from the CRS. We sometimes get a
little casual and call everything that's listed in a haplotype a mutation, but the
two things are not always identical.
Phylogenetic trees traditionally show actual mutations. So on this chart, H2b
(Roostalu's version with a mutation at 8598) does NOT match the CRS at
positions 4769, 750, 8860, and 15326. But it does match at 1438, so it shared part
of the journey from H -- just as far as H2. After that the paths diverged.

You get the same effect further up the tree, too. True mutations at 2706 and
7028 define haplogroup H, but if you are IN haplogroup H, you won't see those
numbers in your list of differences. If you are not in H, you have the
ancestral values, and you will see 2706G and 7028T in your list of differences.
