FGS stands for Full Genome Sequence and is shorthand for the testing
of your entire mitochondrial DNA sequence. ArgusBio has it described
as "full length mitochondrial genome sequencing" and calls the test
Complete mtDNA, while FamilyTreeDNA lists it on their website at
mtDNA Full Sequence. Wikipedia has a brief introduction to
mitochondrial DNA here:
