HVR1 and HVR2 are only a small part of your mtDNA sequence; the FGS
test covers the whole thing, so yes, it is something new you can test
for : ) If you go to your personal account page at FTDNA, you'll see
it in the Order Tests & Upgrades section, in Standard Orders.
