Unfortunately I have my list of rates for the markers I use for my studies
(including most but not all of the 30 new ones) on an excel spreadsheet. So
they can not be posted to this list without some kind of transcription. But
I got them from someone --- probably John.
I certainly had them in May, 2007 I believe. Ken
