Ron: H2 is 1438A. 1438G is the value that everyone outside of H2 has.
I believe I have that right way around. My notebooks are in my bag, ready
to go to work, where there's nothing work-related to do. If not, it's 4769
that would be A if it were H2.
If all 5 values are G, it isn't H2.
I have Maca-Meyer's article, so I'll see what phylogeny she's using. Most
of them use various out of date phylogenies, having been written before the
new one came out this year.
But this is one reason why one needs to see the actual markers used to
assign any particular clade. They aren't the same now as they were two
years ago, and five years ago they were stranger yet.
I'll make a table of everyone's definitions of H2b, H2a, and H2a2. This is
going to be fun.
