Hi again,

Slight mistake on my part: I said
>If I were listing four major K subgroups, I would list K1a, K1b, K1c and
>K2a.

The latter subgroup should be just K2. However, there is not a single plain
K2 confirmed in the K Project; there are several in K2a. In fact, one
predicted K2 came back recently as a K2a, apparently with a back mutation on
152C. Every sequence that I've seen is either a K2a or an Ashkenazi K2a2a.
