I think the answer is yes - and I'm sending a blind copy of this to
Katherine Borges of ISOGG (and DAR) who I know can confirm this.
FYI - she unsubbed from this list when she was traveling and then had some
health problems (she's better now) and that's why we've not heard much from
her here and on the ISOGG lists. But I'm pretty sure she was happy with the
DAR election results - and thus that's why I think the answer is yes.
