I guess the Y-DNA (37 to 67+ markers) could identify me and my brothers
and so on quite accurately since I imagine (!) that it is pretty rare in
the geographical areas we live in. It just is rare, no question ...

In forensic science though police crime labs use the autosomal DNA
mostly, not the Y-DNA
