I have just found my mtDNA results in the SMGF database. When I looked
at the phylogenetic tree from mitomap.com, I found that the marker
differences occur multiple times on the tree. Exactly how does one
determine a haplogroup when the markers are associated with multiple groups?

My markers are: 16192T, 16362C and 16482G in HRV I; 239C, 263G and
315.1C in HRV II; 568T in HRV III.

Any assistance will be appreciated.
