Free is the right work, market is not. I get paid nothing for being a
project administrator. In fact I invest considerable amounts of money to keep my
project going. I am sure that people in my project would like to get more from
me and the project. Fortunately none the members feel entitled to something
they were never promised and none have ever complained. I must be lucky.

I don't think that FTDNA has any particular obligations to its customers,

analysing the DNA and providing match reports to them as individuals.

If I was not in a project I would agree to this statement. How ever there is
great difference being a Bryant than being a Harris in access to information
and we both paid the same price. That is not how free markets work.
