My policy is to let the family genealogists or sponsors raise the moneys
to finance their tests.

This list shows little restraint in scolding the media for misleading
stories about genetic genealogy, and that's fine.

But before soliciting money from listers for tests for the general
knowledge, a clear statement of goals and prospects for success for the $$$
should be available, or project administrators could be charged with similar
misleading deeds.
