One of the points I made in my personal email to two of the authors were was
this:
the print space would have been better spent educating people on the
complexities that make interpretation difficult and probabilistic instead of
detailing (in a rather repetitious manner I thought) the shortcomings of the tests
and pointing out the many resources potential test takers can consult to
educate themselves or find someone who can help them understand. Which is what
their post CLAIMED they wanted to do. Fine, then if that was their goal, they
could have written an op-ed piece doing it instead of the negative "slam"
piece they wrote.
