Lisa,

Have you checked to see whether you have any matches in GenBank?
If you have a common haplotype (i.e., other matches in
GenBank), it would be less significant than if you and your
match are the only ones who have the same exact sequence.

There don't seem to be any H2a1 sequences from Family Tree DNA
in GenBank yet. Do you or your match plan to submit yours?
