Add 3 to 389-i, then recalculate 389-ii accordingly (that is, add 3 to that
one as well since 389-ii includes 389-i).

Do not adjust 392. Thought it is rare in R1b haplotypes, the value 392=11
can be found. I even have a couple in the R1bc7 project, where the normal
value for 392 is 14. I believe the lower value probably represents a single
two-step or three-step mutation rather than a series of single-step
mutations. Because of its rarity, the lower value is a potentially powerful
indicator of recent common ancestry.
