I assume they did not ban the actual taking of the tests because it was
probably argued that various authorized parties which are looking out for us
will under some circumstances want to acquire such information for our good.
Yeah, nice way for a new "profession" to get their toehold in the door.
Next thing you know, these "professionals" will want to censor the websites
carrying the information on medical implications of various genes and mutations.
You mean "authorized parties" who are "looking out for" themselves, don't
you? ;)
