OK, this is where I feel really dumb and of course I'm out of tries for the day at SMGF. Here are my dad's differences...

But there's also a difference at 00455...I've tried a, c, g, t but I still get a purple square. What am I doing wrong? Could this be a deletion and if so...how do I do the query? THANKS Sue
