Is there any value or benefit in having the daughter of the brother of my
paternal great grandfather tested?

My great grandfather, A Birnbach, had a brother B Birnbach. Both A & B are
deceased. B had a daughter named C, who is now very elderly.

Would there be any benefit to doing a DNA test of C? Why or why not?
