This cannot be true because both boys and girls are being born to the same
families.
If what is meant is to say that there is better clustering in mtDNA than in
yDNA, then it is not what the title actually says, because the men also
have mtDNA
How is "being German" defined in yDNA terms? Most appropriate would be by
comparison with the speakers of proto-Germanic language in Northern Europe
3000 years ago. But can we reasonably estimate their Haplogroups and
Haplotypes?
Based on somewhat superficial analysis, without considering STR-clustering
information, which is the right way to address such questions, the
Haplogroups R1b and I would seem to be primary candidates.
