Hello Lawrence,
Y chromosome matches between Scotland and Poland are not uncommon because there is a close historical connection between the two. By the 1600's there were about 30,000 Scots living in Poland.

.......Or are you saying that a GD of 12 at 67 markers is "easily" a genealogically
significant relation? If so, then please tell all the R1b-Scots men on this
mailing list that our mutual cousin from Lacko, Poland (YX8BS on Ysearch) is
coming to visit his relatives.......
