Still not "blunt" enough, I'm afraid.

Are you suggesting that E3b1a2 haplotypes from England have a
different modal haplotype than those from Poland and/or Slovakia?
If so, on what basis? If not, then the "bias" argument would appear
to be toothless.

Are you suggesting that if people with Slovakian ancestry upgraded to
V-series SNPs with the same propensity as people with English
ancestry that the modal for the whole E3b1a2 haplogroup would be
changed? If so, in what direction and by what amount?
