Now Wikipedia is saying that there is a Haplogroup CF based on P143 and
parallel to DE.
What uis this P143 ?

The name CF is clearly wrong because according to the YCC rules FC means
"everything between C and F in alphabetical order": C,D,E and F. So CF
means the same thing as CR, because F includes groups from H to R.

The new Haplogroup should be called FC (instead of CF).

In terms of 67 markers. is C closer to F than it is to D and E, when modal
haplotypes are compared? In other words, does STR information mirror the
SNP-based tree?
