Diana,

Sheesh!! Give them a break. FTDNA is obviously having some server issues that are residual from the outage last weekend. I'm sure they're working on fixing the problems, but if you're not so sure, then by all means, please contact FTDNA directly to let them know what issues you are having so they can look into it. This mailing list is NOT the FTDNA helpdesk or complaint desk!
