Hi Ron,

I'm keeping the layout minimalist so one can frame it within his
webpage. Since it should evolve rapidly with new results, this way it
stays up-to-date with no maintenance.

After some encouragements, I'm also extending the tree to all of H's.
I'll hand some off if it becomes combersome, but I think it should
still be fairly manageable. The basics for H2, H3 and H7 are linked
to the new H page:
