What you wrote is all true, but it is also true that ancient Chinese sources
like Shih-chi from the 2nd century BC record the movement of the Yueh-chih
into just those regions of E. Central Asia where today high frequencies of
R1b1c are found.

It seems a strange coincidence that the Yueh-chih were apparently European
in physical appearance, spoke a centum (normally considered "Western") IE
language AND that the people who currently live where the Yueh-chih once did
are predominantly R1b1c.

Just something to add to the mix.
