Before trying to build the H2 tree, you may want to check out
the following updated information.

The H2 tree most commonly used at present came from Roostalu, 2007.
Family Tree DNA seems to be using it whenever the full sequences
are reported. But if the full sequences are not ordered, then they
revert back to an earlier tree. Many of the sequences at GenBank don't
have the HVR1 and most of the sequences reported by FTDNA have no
coding regions, so there is still not enough information available to the
public to build an accurate H2 tree. I presume FTDNA will have to
publish their results first which is why it is so important for everyone
to give permission for their information to be used for research purposes.
