Thanks Tim. I had assumed since Thomas says you need Open Office to view
that it was something other than pdf format? I got your email and have
looked at it. Since I have a project member with a deletion I wanted
something to explain it to him (and myself)!

Dear Gary,
I have previously downloaded and saved this presentation. I will
send you a copy by e-mail. I am able to open it without problem. I would
assume that you have the Adobe Acrobat reader installed on your computer
since you need it to read PDF files.
Sincerely,
Tim Janzen

I am having no luck at viewing Thomas's Palindromic presentation. I have
downloaded and installed the latest Open Office and downloaded and extracted
the file multiple times. What am I doing wrong?
