I agree with you David. The links to buy the book should be stopped. And WHY isn''t Ellen's questions answered by Mr. Entine ? I think after all of this Ellen deserves an answer from him. That is called common courtesy. I have an interest in the Jewish people too and want to learn more but I object as to how Mr. Entine keeps promoting his book.

In the "rush to gush" shown by some people in relation to the book by Entine, it seems that many have chosen to ignore some highly questionable tactics used to promote this book.

It is my understanding that we are allowed one and only one commercial announcement. This did not happen - the floodgates opened and a divisive mess ensured.

Furthermore it is my understanding that we are not allowed to include a link to a commercial product. Why then is Entine permitted to have a direct weblink to his book in his signature line.

Are we to forget that the author has refused to acknowledge Ellen's very legitimate concerns.

Finally I will never forget or forgive having my name in a subject line besides the words "Inflamatory Post" simply because I see the words "Chosen People" in the book title as emotionally loaded and believe strongly that they should have been replaced with a neutral term such as "Jewish People".

Although I have a great interest in genetics as it relates to Ashkenazi and Sephardic Jews, Entine's book will never grace the shelves of my library.
