In order to make the conversions easily accessible, I have posted them on Genforum. See:

The traffic there is pretty low, so things are much easier to find. I checked them with SMGF and Ybase, so they should be correct, but let me know if anything is awry.

I would recommend that people use the SMGF tables to check results the first few times.
