I recently extracted my mtDNA results from SMGF. I am 55S92 at mitosearch or:

16189C, 16192T, 16249C, 16270T
00073G, 00150T, 00263G, 309.1C, 315.1C

I understand that I can only know my Haplogroup for certain with an
FGS. Genetree predicts me as U5 which I guess is due to 16270T, and
16189C and 16192T occur at various places in the sub-clades of U5,
but isn't 16249C an indicator of U1?

Do 16270T and 16249C together hint at a particular sub-clade of U5?
