Hi all:
I just transferred my mtDNA results from SMGF to genetree.com. The
sequence that popped up was identical to what I had derived at SMGF
except for the following entry:
location: 3 - 95
your sequence: N
reference: T
Any help appreciated with divining what the N means (null?) and where
3-95 is?.
Also of interest to me is that I have way more exact matches now at the
genetree site (24) than I had at smgf (1) or the (0) exact matches at
mitosearch (user id: PPBPF). Interesting that the vast majority of the
genetree matches end up in Utah.
