I'm interested in this haplogroup too.
All the N3s I see posted are from Finland, but I understand that some of these people traveled from Russia through Finland and into Sweden.
Then back from Finland into Russia establishing the first Russian dynasty.
But FTDNA tells me there are still certain pockets of N3 in the Mansi people of Siberia.
