Since blood type and rh factor are controlled by genes on the autosomes,
you cannot link these two to mtDNA or to Y-DNA. Neither mtDNA or Y-DNA has
any influence on blood type and rh factor. You need to look at your
complete ancestry, not just paternal or maternal, to figure out inheritance
of these genes.
