Thanks to John for reporting this result.

For those keeping score at home, six members of the ht35 project have received results for rs34276300 now and all have been negative. So far, every member of the project who has tested U106 has been negative (including 3 of the rs34276300-tested folks). All members of the project have DYF385=10,10 (except one case with 9,10).

I am not yet aware of anyone testing rs34276300- and U106- (aka S116- S21-) who does not have a haplotype suggesting ht35 status, but don't doubt some will turn up.

I will be starting a project (either at FTDNA or independently) to tally STR haplotypes plus geographic and other data for confirmed M269+ S116- S21- haplotypes, regardless of which company was used for testing.

Please email if you are willing to participate and have the appropriate SNP results.
