Subject: [DNA] deCODEme and autosomal/x haploblocks

Do anyone know what the "position" on chromosome in
the deCODEme result refer to? I have noticed that a
lot markers on the chromosomes appear close to each
other. Over 55 000 markers are have an interdistance
with another marker equal to or less than 100 for the
deCODEme set on the same chromosomes.
So my question is how likely is it that two markers
with a distance less or euqual to 100 to recombine?
