Lets say at 37 markers you have one who matches "A". one who is 10 markers
difference from "A". all three are related but the one 10 markers off is not
related within the time frame of the use of surnames. (So 10 markers off is
not considered related for genealogical purposes.)
Is that helping any??

Nelda,
Thanks. I think I'm starting to grasp it. I'm still not clear on the 10
markers off. Is that 10 different markers popping up within the 37 or one that
popped up say, 10 away from the first 12 that DID match? Things are still
eluding me.
