First, I'd like to hear the evidence that supports the theory that the twelve tribes of the ancient Hebrews were composed primariy or exclusively of haplogroup J2 (or, for that matter, of J1). What DNA studies support such arguments?

Second, I'd like to hear specifically how J1 clusters more tribally or ethnically than J2. What are those clusters and how are they associated with various "tribes" or "ethnicities"? And how are the differences, if any, in the way that J2 and J1 spread from their respective areas of origin and the timing of those migrations reflected today in those various "tribes" or "ethnicities"?

I don't see how a religiously-based argument concerning the genetic history of the twelve tribes is appropriate or provides helpful insight here, Sasson.
