I should listen to Ken more carefully! I just deleted the 38-67 marker
data. I didn't delete the entire columns! Thanks Ken, for getting me right!
With the 66 J1 Cohen haplotypes having 37 markers tested the MRCA age
came out as 78.03829 generations or ~2300+/-??? years ago (using 30
years per generation). This is "significantly" different (depends on the
confidence interval) than the 29 J1 Cohen haplotypes having 67 markers
tested (MRCA age was ~1700 years ago). So, clearly more data of the
"right" kind (J1 Cohen's) is needed, we really need to get more J1
Cohen's to test at least 37 markers, but 67 would be best if at all
possible!
