>To prove that R1a1 arrived in Britain 5,000 years ago, you must either
find it in 5,000-year-old bones from Britain, or find a
British-specific clade that is separated by 5,000 years from its
continental cousins.

It will be proven or disproved in due time. You want too much at once.

Dienekes, it is not a fair game, if your comments are critical. It is a fair
game, if you comments approves it as a working hypothesis and present a plan
for future actions, examinations, verifications.

Otherwise, it is unfair. Some people analyze haplotypes, find novel data and
try to make ends meet, putting forward working hypotheses. Other people sit
a a fence saying - "no, no, no, there might be other explanations, hence,
your explanation is WRONG. We do not have data to prove otherwise, however,
you explanation is presumed guilty".
