Hi Didier,

Actually I don't have access to anyone's account because 23andMe takes
privacy very seriously. I do not see who you are connected to, your data or
how many people you are sharing with.

If I am hearing you correctly (please let me know if I am mistaken) you are
encountering a blank page now when you go into "Compare Genes" and you are
on the tab "One to Many"? If so, it is a known problem that is currently
being worked on. It seems to happen when there is a large number of people
that you are sharing with. You should still be able to use the "One to One"
comparison.
