Kathy,

Since 23andMe hasn't sent me the upgrade instructions yet (I wish they would), I only have v1 results.  309 is not one of the CRS positions they tested in v1.  The only differences I had with the FTDNA full sequence test were for positions not tested in v1.  Everything tested produced identical results.  It will be interesting to see if my v2 results at spot on.

By the way, I used Ann Turner's tool to compare my mtDNA results with those from FTDNA.  Her tool makes comparing very easy.
