Ann,
I figured out how to contact the XX person (Lishner) on Adriano's list.
She contacted me and just moments ago downloaded her raw data again. She
said her Y-SNP data was now entirely blank. Do you still have your old
data? If you do would you check rs34534058 to see if you have "CC".
I'm just curious.
