All this is highly speculative. There is no evidence about the
whereabouts of undifferentiated haplogroup P in a Paleolithic
timeframe. Somewhere in Eurasia is the most one can be certain of.

I have no idea if R1 existed or where it was during the Last Glacial
Maximum. Certainly no evidence exists to suggest that either R1 or (if
it did not yet exist) its ancestor was not in Europe during the LGM.
