I have recently had a terrible time communicating with EA. I referred a
client there for a specific test and it tooks many weeks longer than it
should have and the client could get no communications whatsoever. I
finally got something back when the results were forthcoming. I won't refer
anyone again. It was bad before, but it's gone from bad to worse. I've
had questions about my own family results (never received anything official
for the participant) that have never been answered. Clearly not customer
focused. Has changed a lot since David left, and not in a positive way.

Hello List,

I would like to know if others had a test done at Ethnoancestry for some of
the following markers ; I didn't get any answer to my mail to them.

S3 = rs877756
S10 = rs2058276
L23 = rs9785971
L49 = rs9786142
L51 = rs9786140
L52 = rs13304168
S127 = rs9786076
S128 = rs9785659
S129 = rs9786283

In addition, I was asking if my DNA (EA1807) was still in their lab ; no
answer, nothing. Did I miss anything ?

Didier
