Hi,
The practical answer is that should you find yourself with two people, same
suspected paper trail, who match at 25 markers

and then you find yourself with a third person who also matches at 25
markers....

You should celebrate the match and find someone else with the same surname
to test. Then it is time to upgrade to 67 markers. Why were you working with
25 markers anyhow? :-)
